This can be tailored to suit your requirements by adapting:

  • Frequency of sessions
  • Venue – at home or in gym
  • Intensity/progression

The personal trainer will liaise directly with you and the therapists to ensure all your needs are met and the best possible results are achieved in the shortest possible time.

Constant reappraisal and reassessment will enable your progress to be monitored and adapted effectively.

The scope is to enhance the components of fitness and health of individuals. 1-1 personal training is available to men and women of all ages and abilities. Progressive exercise programs are designed specifically to each individual needs in order to achieve personal goals focusing on areas such as;
